2016 Dinner in the Street

What is Dinner in the Street all about? Community engagement and creative placemaking, over a delicious dinner sponsored by Maura’s Cafe and neighborhood restaurants. Featuring fresh local food, live entertainment and beautiful handmade soup bowls by local potters.  Dress-up theme for this years dinner “Alaskana Tuff and Fancy.” Enjoy the Silent Auction and cash bar. Old Town Dinner in the Street is a fun event for all.

In creative placemaking, public, private, not-for-profit, and community sectors partner to strategically shape the physical and social character of a place around arts and cultural activities. In 2016, Bunnell also sponsors Peonies on Pioneer – murals (with June Artist in Residence Kady Perry) and peony gardens to enhance Pioneer Avenue.
