“It was with great pleasure that Kaleidoscope School of the Arts and Science hosted the Sankofa Dance Theatre this January. Our School belief that arts help to engage students, provide different leaning modalities and ways of expression was part of the reason we chose the group. It was standing room only in our gym, as parents and community members watched and joined in with signing and clapping to the beat as each grade demonstrated what they had learned. The benefits were many; it was amazing to watch the connections students were making.”
