
September Concert Series
Bunnell Street Arts Center, with support from Alaska State Council on the Arts, WESTAF (the Western States Arts Federation), and the National Endowment for the Arts, presents a series of four concerts throughout September. Tickets are $15-25 suggested for each concert.
ADVICE FROM AN ESTUARY: Sunday, September 2, 5pm. Wendy Erd’s poem inspires new dance by Mariah Maloney, new music by Lawrence Moss for Daniel Perry, violinist, and Mannfried Funk, cellist.
TATSUYA NAKATINI: Sunday, September 9, 5pm. A one-man show by Japanese avant-garde sound artist and master percussionist.
GUILTY PLEASURES OPERA: Sunday, September 16, 5pm. The best of opera & classical music from Alaska vocalists Emily Reidel, Eston Jerami
Youngblood and Elsa Bishop.
WILD SHORE: Friday, September 21, 7:30pm. New flute, violin, piano and guitar music by living composers with Armin Abdihodzic, Katie Cox, Andie Springer and Conrad Winslow.
