Bunnell has served as a fiscal sponsor for a group of creatives that specializes in Alaskan comics, genre fiction and augmented reality, with an emphasis on collaborative storytelling and Indigenous Alaskan cultures. With support from The CIRI Foundation and Creative Capital, several new works have been written and illustrated, are undergoing editing and a cultural enrichment process, and are published or on their way.
